Simon Barnes

With a career spanning over 35 years, Simon Barnes is a highly respected advisor specializing in prime and super-prime residential sales in Prime Central London, with a particular expertise in Mayfair and Belgravia. Over the course of his distinguished career, Simon founded and led his own independent agency, H. Barnes & Co., for more than 25 years.

Simon has earned a reputation for his insider knowledge and has quietly been at the forefront of some of the most prestigious transactions throughout London including Mayfair, Belgravia, Regents Park and Chelsea. Simon’s philosophy has always been to work ahead of the curve, possibly the original Property Consultant, when agents were labelled as either buying agents or selling agents, Simon focused on a select, manageable number of clients to advise on all their property requirements, whatever they may be, offering the highest level of service and discretion.

Outside of real estate, Simon is keen, passionate sailor, enjoys running, and traveling, and has a deep appreciation for good food and wine, particularly anything Italian! He is also a proud father of two grown up “children”.
