With degrees in Literature, English and French from Moscow State University and Interior Design Diploma from the KLC London School of Design, Mila is a recognized expert with over a decade of professional engagement. Mila has built a reputation for excellence in communication and customer service. With her passion, dedication, vision and leadership qualities she is an invaluable asset in defining organizations.
Mila’s time at David Linley Interiors allowed her to leverageher interpersonal skills by curating bespoke interior projects from inceptionto installation. Her commitment to client satisfaction has fostered meaningful relationships not only with the clients, but also with industry suppliers, furthering the company’s reputation in London and overseas.
Her attention to detail and desire to elevate every project by careful selection of artwork and decorative objects led her to become a regular visitor to galleries and auction houses. This experience eventually paved the way for her career transition into art advising, allowing her to further merge her passion for art, design and architecture.
At Halcyon Gallery, she honed her ability to manage high-stakes client interactions, ensuring their goals were not only met but exceeded. Working alongside leading art curators and recognised contemporary artists, Mila was able to allocate her extensive knowledge to clients. Her unique ability to blend expertise in art curation with client relations positioned her as a key contributor to the gallery’s success.
Her notable achievements include overseeing interior design projects for reputable families in UK, Russia, Italy, Monaco and the USA where she played a key role in sourcing art objects that perfectly complemented the spaces. Mila was also instrumental in allocating Bob Dylan’s artwork to prominent art collectors, furthering the artist’s legacy in the contemporary art world.
Originally from Moscow, Russia, Mila has been in the UK for the last 18 years. Outside of work, Mila enjoys spending quality time with her husband, their three children as well as step children, nurturing a strong family bond. As an avid lover of the arts, Mila regularly attends the theatre, concerts, and sporting events. Beyond her cultural interests, she is the proud owner of a sports car and is excited to take a racing course this summer, further fueling her passion for adventure.
