Leah Della-Guardia

Leah Della-Guardia has recently stepped into an Advisor role at DDRE Global, following four years as Executive Assistant to the company’s founder, Daniel Daggers. In her previous role, Leah was instrumental in supporting Daniel across every facet of his day-to-day work, from facilitating high-value property transactions to ensuring seamless operational execution.

Originally from Perth, Western Australia, Leah moved to London over a decade ago, a transformative experience that deeply informs her professional purpose today. Arriving without a network or clear direction, she navigated the challenges of starting fresh in a new city. That journey sparked her mission: to become a trusted advisor for others making similar life transitions, providing not only expert property guidance but also genuine support and reassurance every step of the way.

Leah began her career in hospitality before transitioning into real estate, giving her a distinctive edge in client care and operational insight. Prior to joining DDRE Global, she honed her expertise at some of the UK’s leading property firms, including Knight Frank, Carter Jonas, and Savills.

Known for her warmth, authenticity, and integrity, Leah approaches every client interaction with care and commitment. Outside of work, she enjoys Pilates, discovering new corners of London, hosting dinner parties, and travelling the world with her partner.
