Katie Neale

Katie Neale brings over 10 years of real estate experience, specializing in residential property as a buying agent. Her career began in the world of interior design, where she worked for prestigious firms such as Sibyl Colefax & John Fowler, designing prime residential properties, yachts, and holiday homes for high-net-worth individuals and private families. She later expanded her expertise into commercial office project work for Jones Lang LaSalle in the City and West End.

Having worked with a diverse range of clients including HNW individuals, private family trusts, and international investors, Katie understands the importance of discretion and providing exceptional service throughout the acquisition process. In 2018, after becoming a mother, Katie founded her own property search business, which grew organically thanks to her extensive network and strong relationships with clients. She has successfully assisted clients in relocating from London to the countryside and helped foreign investors with portfolio acquisitions and buy-to-let investments in London.

Originally from Rutland, Katie left South West London ten years ago and is now based in rural Hertfordshire. Her personal experience of moving from the city to the countryside gives her valuable insight into what families need when finding their ideal home, including considerations such as schools, commuting times, and local amenities.

Katie enjoys skiing in Zermatt, Switzerland. When not working, she can be found running ultramarathons, playing tennis, walking her dogs, spending time with her children, or traveling with her husband. She is also the proud owner of two black Labradors and chickens, and, though it’s a secret, she is an excellent rollerblader.
