Josie Mowatt

Josie is a Property Advisor at DDRE Global, specialising in West and South-West London while also working closely alongside Rasa Bagdonaviciute across Central London. As Rasa divides her time between London and Dubai, Josie provides a trusted presence on the ground, working with her to ensure clients and transactions receive the same consistent, highly personal service throughout.

With more than eleven years’ experience in the London property market, Josie began her career at a respected independent agency before moving to Savills, building an extensive knowledge of London’s prime residential market and a strong network within it. Today, she uses that experience to independently advise buyers and sellers in the neighbourhoods she knows best.

Before joining DDRE, Josie took a career break to renovate and extend her own home in West London. The experience gave her an even deeper understanding of design, construction and the realities of creating value in a property, insight she now brings naturally to her work with clients.

Josie’s approach is personal, honest and rooted in detail. Whether preparing a home for sale, advising on a purchase or managing a complex transaction, she combines creativity and commercial insight with the reassurance of one consistent point of contact throughout.

Outside of work, Josie enjoys long coastal walks with her family Labradors, visiting flower markets and continually perfecting her lemon drizzle cake and cookie recipes.
