Foysul joins DDRE Global as New Homes Associate, acting as the key liaison for London developments and supporting the strategic growth of the new homes division.

With close to a decade in property and seven years at Knight Frank, Foysul brings strong experience across London’s competitive new homes market. During his time there, he progressed from commercial real estate in Devon to representing major London developments, advising high-profile individuals and business leaders on high-value transactions. Being entrusted with flagship schemes sharpened his understanding of discretion, responsibility and delivery at scale.

At DDRE, Foysul will play a central role in managing developer relationships, coordinating sales strategy, and ensuring seamless communication between developments and advisory teams. His approach is structured, relationship-driven and growth-focused, prioritising trust, clarity and long-term partnerships.

Motivated by progression and surrounded by ambitious people, Foysul saw DDRE as the natural next step, not simply joining a brand, but helping build and elevate the new homes platform within the luxury real estate space.

Outside of work, he enjoys golf (self-described “very badly”), cooking, cars and F1, and still considers the Devon coastline home.
