Andreea Mihaescu

Andreea Mihaescu is a Prime London residential advisor with over a decade of experience across lettings, acquisitions and residential sales. She joins DDRE Global with a clear focus: prime and super prime residential sales, underpinned by a perspective very few advisors can offer.

Her career began in 2013 in the serviced apartment sector. In 2015 she founded Mcqueen Apartments, followed by The Address by A.M in 2025, building and operating her own portfolio alongside her advisory work. That combination of roles - advisor, landlord, buyer, investor and entrepreneur - fundamentally sharpened her commercial judgement, pricing instinct and long-term investment thinking. It is precisely this breadth of experience that shapes how she represents every property and every client.

Andreea has managed the full residential lifecycle: from sourcing and acquisition through refurbishment, repositioning, leasing and strategic disposal, with exposure to auction purchases, management rights, negotiation and interior-led value creation designed to maximise both yield and capital growth.

Academically, Andreea holds a Master's in Economics and Business Administration and a Bachelor's in Law and Administrative Sciences, underpinning her commercial and contractual expertise within London's residential landscape.
