- Outcome: pass/fail for moving forward.

DISC Profile Assessment
- Online behavioural test (20–30 minutes).
- Provides insight into candidate’s working style, communication, and collaboration.
- Used to inform later interview discussions and onboarding (not pass/fail).

Second Interview
- 60 minutes (in-person).
- Candidate presents personal business plan and approach to client service.
- Deep dive into DISC results, entrepreneurial thinking, and values fit.
- Outcome: decision on offer.

Offer & Onboarding
- Present offer and broker model terms.
- Candidate accepts; issue welcome pack.
- Structured onboarding: brand immersion, tools training, mentor pairing, and first 90 days of integration.
